Subscription Renewal
- Your subscription to any Akrivi product will automatically renew unless cancelled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
Refunds & Cancellations
- We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for subscription purchases. Refunds will only be issued within 3 days of purchase, and only when a valid reason is provided.
- Refunds are not available beyond the 3-day window due to the instant value provided by our tools.
- Cancellations result in the deactivation of your license key at the end of your billing period unless manually reactivated.
- One-off products remain covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Billing & Payment
- You will be billed according to the pricing plan you selected
- Payments will be processed securely through our designated payment processor.
- It's your responsibility to enter your email address correctly at checkout so you have access to your account and can make any billing changes.

- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Akrivi
- Redistribute content from Akrivi Fufilment stores
- Tamper/ edit/ amend/ adjust with any Akrivi product code
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
