How to use the extension on another system
If you're seeing 'Error 5 activation failure' or wanting to switch to a new machine, you must first deactivate your license key.
License Key Rules
All users have access to a maximum of 2 license key activations. This means you can use the tool on 2 different machines.
If you are trying to use the tool on a new third system, you may need to deactivate at least 1 system before.
Deactivating License Key
To do this, simply follow the following instructions:
- Select the menu button located in the top right of the extension
- Select 'Deactivate License Key', and select 'OK'
- Once successful, you will be asked to 'Enter your license key'. Ignore this and close the extension.
You can now enter your License Key (and email If your using Logo Grid Generator V1) on the new system you wish to use the extension.
You can keep doing this as many times as you need.
